A STUDY ON THE STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVING THE MORAL COMPETENCE OF EXPATRIATE INTERNATIONAL CHINESE TEACHERS

Oversea Chinese teachers are the main body of teaching in the Confucius Classroom or Confucius Institute.Their moral quality and ability are related to the breadth and depth of oversea Chinese learners and even the local society's understanding of China,especially Chinese culture and Chinese national spirit Assigning the formation of the international Chinese teachers moral ability not happen overnight or through short-term training form, it needs long-term joint efforts by the individual and the collective.We use the methods of data access, investigation and interview, case analysis, etc.at the same time,we think about the current context and the actual situation of the international Chinese teachers abroad,we suggest if we want to promote overseas international Chinese teachers' moral ability,we can take time level strategy environment aspect of the strategy of individual level strategy, etc.The implementation of these strategies can effectively improve the ability of oversea international Chinese teachers to solve problems in life and work.
