บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร การสอนภาษาไทยโดยใช้นิทานเป็นสื่อ สำหรับพัฒนาข้าราชการครูของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 85/85 และเปรียบเทียบคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการอบรมกับคะแนนก่อนการฝึกอบรมของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมที่ได้รับการอบรมจากเว็บฝึกอบรม หลักสูตรการสอนภาษาไทยโดยใช้นิทานเป็นสื่อ รวมทั้งการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการใช้เว็บฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนภาษาไทยชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดปัตตานี ยะลา และนราธิวาส จำนวน 30 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) เว็บฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร การสอนภาษาไทยโดยใช้นิทานเป็นสื่อ 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพเว็บฝึกอบรม 3) แบบทดสอบก่อน–หลังการฝึกอบรม 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการฝึกอบรมจากเว็บฝึกอบรม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบ t-test
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผลการหาคุณภาพเว็บฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การสอนภาษาไทยโดยใช้นิทานเป็นสื่อ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา มีคุณภาพในระดับมากที่สุด (=4.56, S.D.=0.10) และมีประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 เท่ากับ 84.81/84.44 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดในวัตถุประสงค์ 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์การใช้เว็บฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร การสอนภาษาไทยโดยใช้นิทานเป็นสื่อ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 3) ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้เว็บฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร การสอนภาษาไทยโดยใช้นิทานเป็นสื่อ อยู่ในระดับมาก (
