การวิเคราะห์การจัดการวารสาร Asia Social Issues มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ด้วยเกณฑ์การประเมินวารสารระดับนานาชาติ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์การบริหารจัดการวารสาร Asia Social Issues (ASI) มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาบทความที่ปรากฏในวารสาร ASI และวิเคราะห์สภาพการจัดการวารสารที่สอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์การประเมินวารสารระดับนานาชาติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบทความที่ได้รับการเผยแพร่ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2561-2565 จำนวน 123 บทความ ทำการศึกษาโดยเก็บข้อมูลแต่ละบทความ ได้แก่ ขอบเขตเนื้อหาบทความ ประเภทของบทความ ประเทศของผู้ส่งบทความ หน่วยงานของผู้เขียน จำนวนผู้เขียนบทความ ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานเชิงพรรณา หลังจากนั้นข้อมูลผลการดำเนินงาน ได้แก่ ค่าการอ้างอิง ประเทศและหน่วยงานของผู้เขียน ข้อมูลกองบรรณาธิการ ข้อมูลการจัดทำเว็บไซต์ และข้อมูลของบทความ จะถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์โดยเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน “Pre-selection criteria” ของศูนย์ดัชนีอ้างอิงวารสารไทย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ขอบเขตเนื้อหาที่พบมากที่สุด คือ อาณาบริเวณศึกษา (ร้อยละ 24.39) ประเภทของบทความที่พบมากที่สุด คือ บทความวิจัย (ร้อยละ 96.75) ผู้เขียนส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้เขียนในประเทศ (ร้อยละ71.54) และส่วนใหญ่สังกัดหน่วยงานภายนอก (ร้อยละ 47.97) บทความส่วนใหญ่จะมีจำนวนผู้เขียน 1 คน (ร้อยละ 43.90) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน “Pre-selection criteria” ของ TCI พบค่าการอ้างอิง 81 ครั้ง ในฐานข้อมูล TCI และ Scopus จาก 7 ประเทศ มีบทความจากต่างประเทศ ร้อยละ 36.96 (34 บทความ) และมีกองบรรณาธิการจากต่างประเทศ ร้อยละ 65.85 (27 คน) มีข้อมูลวารสารบนเว็บไซต์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษครบถ้วน มีการจัดการบทความตรงตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานระดับนานาชาติ จากการวิจัยพบว่าวารสาร ASI มีการดำเนินงานตรงตามเป้าหมายและขอบเขตที่ประกาศไว้และมีการบริหารจัดการเทียบเท่ากับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานระดับนานาชาติ สามารถผลักดันวารสารเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูล Scopus เพื่อการจัดอันดับในอนาคต
