โครงสร้างและผู้กระทำการที่มีผลต่อการขยายตัว ของธุรกิจพนันฟุตบอลออนไลน์

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์เงื่อนไขเชิงโครงสร้าง ผู้กระทำการและปฏิสัมพันธ์ของผู้กระทำการ และสร้างข้อเสนอแนะในการป้องกัน แก้ไขปัญหาพนันฟุตบอลออนไลน์ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยใช้การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 3 แบบ คือ การศึกษาเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกและเสวนากลุ่มย่อย วิธีวิทยาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงโครงสร้างและผู้กระทำการ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เงื่อนไขเชิงโครงสร้างที่ส่งผลให้ธุรกิจพนันฟุตบอลออนไลน์ขยายตัว ประกอบด้วย เงื่อนไขเชิงโครงสร้างที่เปิดโอกาสซึ่งเปรียบเสมือนเงื่อนไขส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการประกอบธุรกิจพนันฟุตบอลออนไลน์ เงื่อนไขเชิงโครงสร้างที่เป็นข้อจำกัดซึ่งมีผลต่อการป้องกัน ควบคุม ปราบปราม และเงื่อนไขเชิงโครงสร้างที่เป็นแรงดึงในฐานะแรงจูงใจที่เกิดขึ้นจากธุรกิจพนันฟุตบอลออนไลน์ ส่วนผู้กระทำการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้ให้บริการในต่างประเทศ กลุ่มผู้ประกอบกิจการในประเทศ และกลุ่มผู้เล่นพนัน ผู้กระทำการเหล่านี้ได้เชื่อมร้อยและกระชับเครือข่ายผ่านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์แนวดิ่งและแนวราบเพื่อขยายเครือข่ายพนันฟุตบอลออนไลน์ สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะในการป้องกัน แก้ไข ปัญหา ระยะแรกอาจใช้มาตรการควบคุมและปราบปรามอย่างเข้มงวด ระยะกลางเป็นขั้นตอนเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเปลี่ยนผ่านการพนันฟุตบอลออนไลน์ ให้กลายเป็นสิ่งถูกกฎหมาย ระยะยาวเป็นขั้นตอนสร้างกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมตัดสินใจหากประชาชนส่วนใหญ่เห็นชอบอาจพิจารณาอนุญาตให้มีการเล่นหรือประกอบธุรกิจพนันฟุตบอลออนไลน์อย่าง ถูกกฎหมายภายใต้การกำกับ ดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด
