กระบวนการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน เพื่อความมั่นคงทางอาหารของ “กลุ่มหาเช้ากินค่ำ” ในพื้นที่จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) ศึกษาการดำรงชีพ การสร้างรายได้ และความมั่นคงทางอาหาร 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยความสำเร็จและอุปสรรคในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน 3) พัฒนากระบวนการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนเพื่อความมั่นคงทางอาหาร โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสนทนากลุ่ม ข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าสถิติพื้นฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำรงชีพและความมั่นคงทางอาหารอยู่ในระดับมาก (X̄ = 3.81, S.D = .823) ปัจจัยความสำเร็จประกอบด้วย 1) ปัจจัยภายใน เช่น ความรู้ด้านการเกษตร ความร่วมมือในชุมชน การใช้แพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ และการมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชน 2) ปัจจัยภายนอก เช่น การเข้าถึงที่ดิน การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น และการเข้าถึงตลาดที่ยุติธรรม อุปสรรคภายใน ได้แก่ ขาดเวลา รายได้ไม่เพียงพอ ขาดความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีเกษตร และการขาดแคลนที่ดิน ภายนอก ได้แก่ ขาดที่ดิน การเข้าถึงตลาดที่จำกัด ข้อจำกัดด้านงบประมาณและนโยบายของเทศบาล ขาดการติดตามผล และปัญหาด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน 3) รูปแบบกระบวนการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนเพื่อความมั่นคงทางอาหารฯ ควรประกอบด้วย 6 ขั้นตอน คือ ได้แก่ (1) การสำรวจและประเมินสถานการณ์ (2) การสร้างความตระหนักและการมีส่วนร่วม (3) การวางแผนร่วมกัน (4) การพัฒนาทักษะและทรัพยากร (5) การดำเนินงานและสร้างเครือข่าย (6) การติดตามและประเมินผล
