การทวนคิดอัตภาวะของเกษตรกรหญิงในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ

บทคัดย่อ
ปัญหาการของพัฒนาในทัศนะตะวันตกดั้งเดิมจะมีการอธิบายและทำความเข้าใจแบบคู่ตรงข้ามระหว่างเกษตรกรรมและอุตสาหกรรม ความเป็นชนบทและเมือง ความล้าหลังและความเจริญ ในมโนทัศน์นี้จะมุ่งเน้นเพียงการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจเชิงตัวเลขผ่านการเจริญเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมและความเป็นเมืองที่นิยามว่ามีความเจริญแล้ว ในทัศนะของรัฐเช่นเดียวกันมักมุ่งเน้นเศรษฐกิจเชิงตัวเลขด้วยความพยายามทำให้หลายพื้นที่เป็นเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษเพื่อดึงดูดนักลงทุน ในขณะที่ภาคเกษตรกรรมถูกละเลยและเบียดขับออกจากการพัฒนา ด้วยเหตุผลที่ว่าไม่สามารถทำรายได้ทางเศรษฐกิจได้เท่ากับภาคอุตสาหกรรมจึงถูกมองว่าล้าหลัง อย่างไรก็ตามการพัฒนาไม่สามารถแยกส่วนออกจากกันระหว่างเกษตรกรรมและอุตสาหกรรมได้ เห็นได้จากกรณีเกษตรกรอินทรีย์หญิงในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออกที่เผชิญปัญหาการพยายามรุกคืบของทุนอุตสาหกรรมเข้ามาในพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม เกษตรกรหญิงจึงต้องพยายามปกป้องพื้นที่ของตนด้วยการสร้างอำนาจในการต่อรองในหลายมิติไม่ให้เกิดการรุกคืบเข้ามาในพื้นที่เกษตรอินทรีย์ ในบทความวิชาการนี้จึงพยายามทบทวนงานศึกษาที่ผ่านและวิพากษ์กับกรอบคิดคู่ตรงข้ามของการพัฒนาระหว่างเกษตรกรรมและอุตสาหกรรมที่ไม่สามารถทำความเข้าใจแบบแยกส่วนเพราะมีความทับซ้อนของอัตภาวะเกษตรกรอินทรีย์หญิงที่อยู่ในบริบทเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก ที่พวกเธอต้องแบกรับหน้าที่ทางเกษตรกรรมและการต้านทานกับกลุ่มทุนอุตสาหกรรม ดังนั้นบทความนี้จึงมีการทบทวนแนวคิดอัตภาวะของผู้หญิงในความสัมพันธ์ทั้งมิติเศรษฐกิจและเกษตรกรรม เพื่อทำความเข้าใจอัตภาวะของเกษตรกรอินทรีย์หญิงในบริบทการเมืองของการพัฒนา
