แนวทางการพัฒนามาตรฐานการผลิตสับปะรดนางแล สิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ ตำบลนางแล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสำรวจสภาพการผลิต การปฏิบัติ ปัญหาและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนามาตรฐานการผลิตสับปะรดนางแล ในตำบลนางแล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยการสำรวจสภาพการผลิต การปฏิบัติและปัญหาตามมาตรฐาน GAP และ GI ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเกษตรกร 30 ราย และการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 12 ราย วิเคราะห์ผลเป็นร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาจากการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เกษตรกรมีการผลิต การปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานเป็นส่วนใหญ่ แต่ยังคงมีปัญหาที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยด้านอาหาร ในด้านการให้ปุ๋ยตามค่าวิเคราะห์ดิน การจัดการวัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตรและสุขลักษณะส่วนบุคคล การจดบันทึกข้อมูลและการตามสอบ แนวทางการพัฒนามาตรฐานการผลิตสับปะรดนางแลให้สอดคล้องตามมาตรฐาน ประกอบด้วย การจัดทำฐานข้อมูลเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกสับปะรดนางแล การส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้เกษตรกรสามารถดำเนินการผลิตได้สอดคล้องตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน การให้ความรู้ ให้คำแนะนำและติดตามประเมินมาตรฐานการผลิตภายในกลุ่ม การขอรับรองมาตรฐาน GAP การขอขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ใช้ตราสัญลักษณ์ GI และการสื่อสารการตลาดสับปะรดนางแล ทั้งนี้ ควรเป็นการดำเนินการร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบของภาครัฐ ท้องถิ่น และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่ายเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพ และสร้างโอกาสทางการตลาดสับปะรดนางแล
