Motivation in the performance of vocational trainers In Roi-et province, office of the Vocational Education Commission.

Abstract

The research aimed to examine: the motivation in work performance of  vocational personal in Roi-et province under the office of the Vocational Education Commission,and to compare the motivation levels of the vocational personnel In Roi-et province A total of 349 personnel was classified by status and work experience. The tool used in collecting data was a questionnaire about their motivation for work performance The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the t-test

The research findings were found that

1. The overall level of motivation was rated at high. The highest aspect was the progress in job position followed by kind and nature of the job. The lowest aspect was income and welfare, respectively The rest were at a high level

       2. The comparison of motivation classified by status was not different. When considering each aspect, it was found that only the aspect of recognition and kind of work were significantly different at the .05 level while the others were not different, when classified by experience, there were not different in overall and each aspect
