This academic article aims to study the administration of a Buddhist early childhood school in accordance with good governance principles of local administration organizations. The administration of the early childhood school was involved in many parties, including the political and civil servants department. Due to the fact that school administration involves both financial and general administration, therefore it is necessary to apply the doctrine of Buddhism so as not to cause greed and delusion which will lead to enlightenment in order to truly end suffering. Moreover, if the principle of good governance is used as a framework for early childhood education management, namely the rule of law, morality, accountability, participation, responsibility and cost–effectiveness or economy to enable the administration of early childhood education to achieve the objectives set and able to develop the bureaucratic system to be truly efficient and effective.
