The purposes of this research were (1) to develop an electronic book and to validate its efficiency based on 80/80 criteria. (2) to compare the students achievement before and after learning with electronic book. (3) to examine the satisfaction of the students who had studied with the electronic book. In developing the electronic book, the sample used this research was 40 students the 1ST high school in Saohai Wimolwitthayanukul School during the second semester of 2020 academic year by specify choosen. The statistics used for analyzing were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.
The research result revealed that The Electronics Book the subject is Cell. The science study learning group of the 1ST high school by The 5 E's of Inquiry-Based Learning was developed, the effectiveness of the electronic book was 81.33/82.11 which met the standard criteria of 80/80, the students achievement after using the electronic book was significantly higher than that before using it at the .05 level and the satisfaction of the students who had studied with electronic book was at Excellence level with the average of 4.58 and the standard deviation was 0.69
