การจัดการปกครองในบริบทโลก

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์ศึกษาการจัดการปกครองในบริบทโลก การศึกษาประกอบด้วยลักษณะการจัดการปกครอง ระดับการจัดการปกครอง และความท้าทายของการจัดการปกครอง การศึกษาใช้การวิเคราะห์เอกสารและวรรณกรรมต่าง ๆ จากบทความวิชาการ บทความวิจัยและหนังสือในระดับนานาชาติ ซึ่งเป็นการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา โดยจัดกลุ่มข้อมูลออกเป็นชุดและพิจารณา ในแง่พื้นที่ศึกษา การศึกษาพบว่า ลักษณะสำคัญของการจัดการปกครอง ประกอบด้วย การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องอย่างหลากหลายในการจัดการกับโครงสร้างการบริหาร ส่วนระดับการจัดการปกครอง มีหลายระดับทั้งในแง่การพิจารณาเชิงพื้นที่และการพิจารณาประเด็นการจัดการปกครอง โดยการจัดการปกครองในบริบทโลกเป็นการกล่าวถึงการจัดการปกครองของ กลุ่มประเทศมหาอำนาจ อาทิ สหรัฐอเมริกา จีน และรัสเซีย รวมถึงกลุ่มไตรภาคีต่าง ๆ ซึ่งมีบทบาทต่อการกำหนดกติกาของสังคมโลก สุดท้ายความท้าทายของการจัดการปกครองพบว่า การจัดการปกครองจำเป็นต้องพึ่งพาตัวแปรอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้การจัดการปกครองประสบความสำเร็จ โดยเฉพาะบทบาทของรัฐบาล ปทัสถาน ภาวะผู้นำ ทรัพยากร และเทคโนโลยี
