Marketing Focus Factor Green Supply Chain Management and Environmental and Financial Development that Affect the Operational Efficiency of Government Housing Bank, Head Office

Abstract

The objectives for this research were (1) to study marketing-focused factors which affect operations of the GHB Head Office workers (2) to study green supply chain management factors which impact on operations of the GHB Head Office workers and (3) to study the environmental and financial assessment factors that affect the operations of the GHB Head Office workers. In this research, the sample group was random picked by using convenience sampling method in size of 400 GHB Head Office workers. The research tool used in data collection was the questionnaire. Statistic methods such as frequency, percentage, standard deviation, multiple regressions analytic were used in data analysis.
 The results of the study found that marketing-focused factor, green supply chain management factor and environmental and financial assessment factor impacted on the GHB Head Office workers operations. It can be concluded that, customer-focused in the marketing-focused factors and environmental & financial assessments factors both were the statistical significance at the level 0.01. Green operation in the green supply chain management factors was the statistical significance at level 0.05. Finally, all independent variables were forecasted accompany with the dependent variables showed the value of 48.4 percent (AdjR2 = .484).
The benefits from this research, GHB can be applied in terms of policy, for example, organize training program in Environmental Conservation or Housing Ecosystem to workers may reach business achievement both marketing-focused factor and environmental & financial assessments factors. Be responsible to society that may be affected by the organization's activities.  Moreover, increasing green activities as well as providing training in compliance with environmental regulations can develop worker’s competencies. It also creates awareness, knowledge and understanding of environmental impacts that may occur in GHB operating process, relating to service sector and results in the organization having increased competitiveness.
