MR The Student Support System Administration in the Digital-Era of the Schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Khon Kaen

The purposes of this research were to 1) study student care and support system administration in digital age of educational institutions, 2) compare student care and support system administration in digital age of educational institutions under Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Khon Kaen classified by size of educational institutions and position. The sample group included educational institution administrators and teachers under Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Khon Kaen with the total number of 358 people. The instrument used in the research was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis comprised frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test hypothesis and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research results were found that: 1) Student care and support system administration in digital age of educational institutions, in overall and in each aspect, was rated at a high level of practice. 2) A comparison of student care and support system administration in digital age of educational institutions, classified by size of educational institutions and position, was found that the overall was not different, when considering each aspect, it was found that student care and support system administration in digital age in aspect of recognizing students individually and prevention and problem solving was not different, in aspect of student screening was different at statistical significance of .05 level, in aspect of student promotion and student transferring was different at statistical significance of .01 level. A comparison of student care and support system administration in digital age of educational institutions, classified by position, was found that the opinions of educational institution administrators and teachers on student care and support system administration in digital age, in overall and each aspect, were not different.
