A Study of Learning Engagement in Blended Learning of Students in Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

This research aims to study the learning commitment of students in the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, in the academic year 2565, who are taking the course "Curriculum Development" using blended learning. The sample used in the study consists of 126 students enrolled in the EDC1104 course during the second semester of the academic year 2565. The researchers selected the sample using the stratified random sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire on learning engagement consisting of 18 items. The collected data were then analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results show that the learning engagement of first-year students in the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, in the academic year 2565, who were taking the course "Curriculum Development" using blended learning, was at a high level (= 3.60, S.D. = 0.63). When considering the engagement level by academic discipline, it was found that the disciplines with students showing a high level of commitment were Thai language (
= 3.90, S.D. = 0.51), early childhood education (
= 3.73, S.D. = 0.64), English language (
= 3.65, S.D. = 0.58), science (
= 3.62, S.D. = 0.69), social studies (
= 3.60, S.D. = 0.62), and mathematics (
= 3.57, S.D. = 0.71). Meanwhile, the academic discipline with students showing a moderate level of engagement was computer and educational technology (
= 3.14, S.D. = 0.67).
