การสร้างเกณฑ์ปกติความแตกฉานทางสถิติของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ในพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
ความแตกฉานทางสถิติของนักเรียนสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ยังจำเป็นต้องพัฒนา จึงวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาคะแนนความแตกฉานทางสถิติ เปรียบเทียบค่าสถิติพื้นฐานของคะแนนประเมินความแตกฉานทางสถิติ และสร้างเกณฑ์ปกติของความแตกฉานทางสถิติ ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนและเก็บข้อมูลกับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 15 จำนวน 200 คน ด้วยแบบทดสอบประเมินความแตกฉานทางสถิติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการวิเคราะห์เกณฑ์ปกติ ปรากฎว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยความแตกฉานทางสถิติในภาพรวมเท่ากับ 13.86 คะแนน (±4.02) เมื่อพิจารณาแยกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านทักษะการรู้หนังสือ ด้านความรู้ทางสถิติศาสตร์ ด้านความรู้ทางคณิตศาสตร์ ด้านความรู้เชิงบริบท และด้านทักษะเชิงวิพากษ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.39 (±.84), 3.87 (±1.62), 3.19 (±1.08), 1.50 (±1.25) และ 1.91 (±1.08) สำหรับคะแนนความแตกฉานทางสถิติจำแนกตามจังหวัด ภาพรวมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของความแตกฉานทางสถิติแต่ละจังหวัดไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านทักษะเชิงวิพากษ์ ด้านความรู้เชิงบริบท คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความแตกฉานทางสถิติมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนเกณฑ์ปกติของคะแนนความแตกฉานทางสถิติของตัวอย่างโดยรวม มีช่วงคะแนนที ตั้งแต่ T23 ถึง T70 (P4.80 - P95.20) จากข้อค้นพบจะเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับผู้สอน ในการออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เรื่องสถิติเพื่อให้นักเรียนได้พัฒนาทักษะเชิงวิพากษ์ต่อไป
