The study found that 1) The proposed training program structure and contents was required some modification in terms of contents detail, hence, the structure was able to follow basic requirement guideline required by the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professionals framework;                2) The proposed training program and content was relevant and applicable to use with tour business operation staff. The results of the participants’ pre and post tests revealed that their pre-test score was 42.13 % and their post-test score was 57.93 % which clearly indicated the program could improve their knowledge and skills in accordance with the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professionals framework. Moreover, this study suggests that some module contents e.g. computer skill should be revised consistently because technology and its devices is changing rapidly.
