Guidelines of the Internal Quality Assurance of ChumChonBanThaSongYang School under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research aims to 1) examine the current state of internal quality assurance operations at Chumchonbanthasongyang School, affiliated with the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 2, and 2) develop operational guidelines for enhancing internal quality assurance at Chumchonbanthasongyang School, under the jurisdiction of the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 2. The study’s participants included totaling 68 individuals. Additionally, 12 samples were obtained using purposive sampling, Research tools included a 5-point rating scale questionnaire and interviews. Data were analyzed using statistical methods such as percentage, mean (μ), and standard deviation (σ), with the aid of computer software. For the interviews, content analysis was employed.
The research findings revealed that: 1) The current state of internal quality assurance operations at Chumchonbanthasongyang School under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office District 2 was at a highest level. 2) The study on the Guidelines for internal quality assurance operations at Chumchonbanthasongyang School under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office District 2, covering six aspects, yielded the following results: 1) For establishing educational standards at the school, workshops were conducted to enhance understanding among staff members and collaboratively set on-site standards. 2) In terms of developing educational management plans focused on quality as per standards, there was ongoing monitoring and evaluation of operations and reported to supervisors. 3) Regarding the implementation of educational management plans, upon completion of projects or activities, results were summarized and reported to the department heads and supervisors. 4) For the assessment and quality control within the school, strengths and areas for improvement were identified in self-assessment reports for the supervising authority, stakeholders, and the public. 5) In regards to monitoring and improving school development to meet educational standards, enhance parents and school’s committee members involvement in inspecting and reviewing the internal quality of the school. 6) Regarding self-assessment report preparation, results were reported to the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office District 2, disclosed to the school’s committee, and shared with parents through documents
