Leadership of change of school administrators Sai Nam Wang School Group, under the Office of Tak Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the conditions, problems, and find ways to lead change in school administrators in the Sai Nam Wang School Group, under the Office of Tak Primary Educational Service Area 1. The population consisted of 62 civil servant teachers. The information providers were 9 experts. The tools used were questionnaires and interview forms. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results found that 1. The transformational leadership of school administrators in the Sai Nam Wang School Group, Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall, has a high level of practice. The aspect with the highest average value is inspiration. 2. The guidelines for developing transformational leadership of school administrators in the Sai Nam Wang School Group, Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, found that 1) Executives must analyze the organization using Swot to find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and obstacles to clearly define the organization's vision. 2) Executives should motivate subordinates to see a picture of success and the rewards they will receive, and must continuously develop people and promote employees to achieve success and advancement. 3) Executives must be aware, have knowledge and understanding, and set policies on the use of new technologies and innovations in the administration or development of educational institutions. For example, artificial intelligence is used to drive all educational institutions. 4) Executives should give importance to the individual differences of teachers by selecting tasks and appointing responsible persons for each task that are appropriate for the abilities and interests of each teacher.
