The Relationship Between the Servant Leadership of School Administrators and the Quality of Working Life of Teachers Under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This research aimed to investigate: 1) the level of servant leadership exhibited by school administrators; 2) the level of quality of work life among teachers; and 3) the relationship between the school administrators' servant leadership and the teachers' quality of work life within the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Office Area 1. The research sample comprised 331 participants, including school administrators and teachers under the aforementioned jurisdiction. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan formula, and participants were selected through stratified random sampling, proportionate to the population size in each district. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire, which demonstrated a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.915 for servant leadership and 0.892 for quality of work life. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient.
The findings of this study revealed that: 1. The level of servant leadership among school administrators, both in its aggregate and individual dimensions, was perceived to be at a high level. 2. The quality of work life among teachers, collectively and across all specific dimensions, was likewise maintained at a high level. 3. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the school administrators’ servant leadership and the teachers’ quality of work life at the 0.01 level. This relationship was characterized by a high degree of correlation in both overall and dimensional analyses.
