A TEACHER'S SATISFACTION WITH ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION IN SCHOOLS PRAWET DISTRICT UNDER BANGKOK METROPOLIS

Abstract
The objective of this study were to 1) study the level teacher’s satisfaction with Academic administration in school Prawet district under Bangkok metropolis. 2)compare the teachers satisfaction with Academic administration in school Prawet district under Bangkok metropolis classified by gender, educational level , age , and work experience.The sample of this research was 226 teachers in the academic year 2025. Sampling stratified method by comparing population proportions and samples by school and using simple random sampling. The instruments used in the study were a 5 - level. rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of the whole edition at the level .96 by Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test , and one-way analysis of variance.
The results were as follows 1)The overall level of teacher’s satisfaction with Academic administration in school Prawet district under Bangkok metropolis was at a highest level. 2) The comparison of teachers satisfaction with Academic administration showed that classified by gender , the overall average was at the highest level both overall and individually by aspect , differing with no statistical significance. Classified by academic standing, age, and work experience, it was found that the overall average was at the highest level both overall and individually by aspect, differing with statistical significance at the .05 level.
