Development of Motion Graphic on the Criteria for Processing Personnel to enter Higher Career Path for Professional Operating Personnel of Professional Level at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university

Abstract

     The objectives of the research were to: (1) develop of motion graphic on the criteria for processing personnel to enter higher career path for professional operating personnel of professional level at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university (2) compare academic achievement scores, and (3) study personnel’s statisfaction towards the motion graphic .                                                            

     The samples of this study included 30 Personnel selected by lottery method of simple random sampling. The research instruments consisted of learning application on basic science the subject 1, evaluation froms on media and content, achievement test, sciencific skills assessment and evaluation froms of student’s satisfaction. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test.

    The results showed that: (1) the quality of media and content of the motion graphic the subject 1 was at a good level with an average score of 4.45 and 4.42, respectively, (2) the average scare of pre-test was 8.70, while that of post-test was 23.70, the analysis of t-test during and after learning was different at .05 statisticaly significant and (3) the student were satisfied with motion graphic at high level of 4.42
