Factors That Affect The Style of Management Software Industry in Thailand

Abstract
This research aims to (1) to study the factors affecting the management model of the software industry in Thailand; (2) to suggest in depth the factors affecting the management model of the software industry in Thailand This research uses qualitative research. Use open-ended structured interview techniques and story telling the sample group is entrepreneurs or senior executives work in the software industry in Thailand located in Bangkok and its vicinities, amounting to 10 cases, after which the data was analyzed using content analysis and create a conceptual framework showing important factors affecting the management style. The results showed that the three main factors are important factors. Personnel Development The key factor is teamwork have knowledge, expertise and skills in software development, production and services directly. Training to promote knowledge Send to see work abroad with knowledge and ability to communicate in foreign languages Solve immediate problems, dare to make decisions, and select and recruit personnel that match the line of work. In terms of strategy management in the organization, the key factor is the service strategy at every step. From the receipt of work, design, control and delivery, create an impression of service and leadership in the organization the key factor is far-reaching vision Skills in managing the organization in all areas.
