Abstract

      Human communities in different continents of the world accept that the so-called "democracy" is the fairest rule. In academic of Buddhist and politics administration say that Dhammadhipaya is a doctrine that is important to both the individual and the society as a whole, appearing in the Adhiptayaya Sutta together with Attaahipateyya (supremacy of self) Lokadhipateyya (supremacy of the world) and Dhammadhipateyya (supremacy of the Dharma). In the Chakavatti Sutra that talks about the Dharma in good governance. The main principle of Dhammadhipaya is “wholesome course of action” in which parents or people in society perform bodily action verbal action and mental action. A democratic society should have the principles and characteristics of a democratic society in the parents or leaders. which can be applied in 4 ways of self-control in self-development in internal and external audits. The social of the Dhammadhipateyya therefore depends on the dharma management of parents or leaders.
