Causal Relationship of Factors Influencing Effectiveness of Academic Administration at the Field Level of higher education institutions in Lampang Province

Abstract
This research article aims to study the beliefs about merit and sin that influence the lives of undergraduate students studying in Lampang Province. buddhist is an exploratory research by using a questionnaire The sample group consisted of 400 people using descriptive statistics, average percentages. The results showed that most of the respondents were female, aged 21-25 years. Studied at public educational institutes, Accounting major, Faculty of Business Administration and Technology. At the 4th year level, they have a grade point average of 2.00-2.50, domiciled in Lampang Province. Parents were the most engaged in agriculture. primary education The average monthly income of the family is less than 5,000 baht. respondents There is a belief in merit and sin that influences life. Every issue is on a high level. with a total mean of 4.22, which can be divided as follows: in regard to beliefs according to Buddhist principles The average was at a high level, equal to 3.98. The issue that received the highest average was that Buddhists had to help fight corruption. Belief in good and bad karma The mean at a high level was 4.24. The point with the highest mean was The one who speaks the truth does not deceive. It will make people trust, respect and accept that person's words. Belief in Heaven and Hell The average was at a high level, equal to 4.19. The point that was believed the most was that people who kept the precepts when they died would attain the bliss of the heavenly world. beliefs from social influences around The average was at a high level, equal to 4.46 issues that the respondents Most believe that people who have done wrong but repent of society will forgive society with problems in today's chaos. because people do not bring the Dharma in Buddhism to practice.
