การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการให้บริการในธุรกิจที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการบริหารการให้บริการในธุรกิจที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัย (2) สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการให้บริการในธุรกิจที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัย และ (3) จัดทำคู่มือแนวทางการบริหารการให้บริการในธุรกิจที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัยตามรูปแบบที่ได้จากการวิจัย โดยประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย (1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจำนวน 14 คน (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 330 คน (3) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการสัมมนากลุ่มเพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารการให้บริการในธุรกิจที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัย และคู่มือแนวทางการบริหารการให้บริการในที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัยจำนวน 10 คน และ (4) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบคู่มือแนวทางการบริหารการให้บริการในธุรกิจที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัยจำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณทางสถิติด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจและองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน.
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- องค์ประกอบย่อยของรูปแบบการบริหารการให้บริการในธุรกิจที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัยประกอบด้วย (1) กลยุทธ์การตลาด (2) การบริหารองค์กร (3) สภาพแวดล้อม (4) กฎระเบียบองค์กร (5) ภาพลักษณ์องค์กร (6) เศรษฐกิจ (7) ผู้สนับสนุน (8) การลดการพึ่งพา (9) ความอิสระ (10) เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวก และ (11) กิจกรรมสันทนาการ
- รูปแบบการบริหารการให้บริการในธุรกิจที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัยมี 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ
(1) องค์กร (2) ผู้สูงวัย และ (3) การเสริมมูลค่าเพิ่ม - คู่มือแนวทางการบริหารการให้บริการในธุรกิจที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัย
ส่วนที่ 1 การแนะนำคู่มือ (1.1) หลักการและเหตุผลในการจัดทำคู่มือ (1.2) วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำคู่มือ (1.3) การกำหนดเนื้อหาคู่มือ และ (1.4) ประโยชน์ของคู่มือ
ส่วนที่ 2 แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารการให้บริการในธุรกิจที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัย (1) องค์กร (1.1) กลยุทธ์การตลาด (1.2) การบริหารองค์กร (1.3) สภาพแวดล้อม (1.4) กฎระเบียบองค์กร (1.5) ภาพลักษณ์องค์กร และ (1.6) เศรษฐกิจ, (2) ผู้สูงวัย (2.1) ผู้สนับสนุน และ (2.2) การลดการพึ่งพา (2.3) ความอิสระ, และ (3) ผู้สนับสนุน (3.1) เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวก และ (3.2) กิจกรรมสันทนาการ
โดยได้รับการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิว่ามีความเป็นไปได้สูงมากในการนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางการบริหารการให้บริการในที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัย
