การประยุกต์ใช้หลักอปริหานิยธรรมในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใหญ่บ้าน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอปริหานิยธรรมในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใหญ่บ้านนั้นมีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมากในระดับชุมชน เป็นผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่มีความใกล้ชิดกับประชาชน เป็นตัวแทนของหน่วยงานราชการทุกหน่วยงานและมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้คนจำนวนมาก หลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาที่สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใหญ่บ้าน เพื่อให้การทำงานร่วมกันกับหน่วยงาน องค์กร และประชาชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ได้แก่ หลักอปริหานิยธรรม ซึ่งประยุกต์เป็นแนวทางได้ 7 ประการ คือ หลักการประชุมแบบสม่ำเสมอ หลักความพร้อมเพรียงของการจัดกิจกรรม หลักการออกกฎระเบียบและกฎหมาย หลักการรับฟังความคิดเห็นของประชาชน หลักการมีส่วนร่วมของสตรี หลักการทำนุบำรุงวัฒนธรรม และหลักการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำศาสนา
