PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING MANAGEMENT ON 21st CENTURY GLOBAL ISSUES TO PROMOTE PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS OF ASSUMPION COLLEGE LAMPANG STUDENTS

Abstract

This research aims to develop a management plan 1) learning by using learning management model a problem situation of the world in the 21 century to promote problem-solving skills of high school students, 6 2) to study the results of the learning model used the issue as a base. The story of the world situation in the 21^st Century 21 to promote problem-solving skills of high school students, 6 research target group is students, high school 6 semester 2, academic year 2559 assumption College Lampang. Amphur Muang, Lampang has a specific number of 35 people came. Tools used in this research is a tool that users have created include: 1), the use of learning management plan for problems a situation of the world in the 21 century to promote problem-solving skills, number 6 3) lessons each, including plans 18 lessons. 50-minute lessons 2.) assess thinking skills, solve problems of world situation in the 21^st Century 21 using the base issue to develop problem-solving skills of Grade 6 student’s exam. A four – multiple – choice – test consists of Solving Problem test related to 21^th Century skills in problembased learning. To enhance the student’s skills in Grade 12. The results of research analysis shows the average, mean, standard deviation and interval scale of the 4 level.

The research found that 1. Have a learning plan. By tackling problem-based learning in the 21^st century, to improve the students’ skills in problem solving, 1^st step Deciding problems, 2rd step Understanding problems, 3^rd step searching information and implementing, 4^th step information synthesis 5^th step Summary and evaluation, 6^th step Presentation and Assessment.

2.Academic Achievement After problem-based learning management To promote problem solving skills. The average was 3.60 and the standard deviation was 0.5, which showeol that the students had excellent performance.

3.Problem solving skills. 21 st century world situation using problem-base To improve problem solving skills. Of the sixth grade students, the scores were found to be percentage points average.
