POLITICAL LEADERSHIP OF POLITICALS IN NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

               This research aims to: 1) to study the leadership promotion of politicians in Nakhon Ratchasima Province 2) to propose guidelines for promoting leadership of politicians in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Interviewees were local politicians,government officials ,the people who are the voice base of politicians and 17 academic of political science. The tools used for data collection were interviews and content analysis.
              The research results were found that:
             1. Promoting leadership of politicians in Nakhon Ratchasima has the following important elements: Promoting local democratic culture public disclosure of information ,public service thoroughly allowing people to participate sustainable community development and environmental protection and community arts and culture.
             2. To present the guidelines for promoting leadership of politicians in Nakhon Ratchasima Power - influence of leaders, can lead others to their goals. Leadership must have responsibility to formulate policy to be effective. Leadership behavior being good leader requires effort and persistence, and self-discipline focus on learning leadership. Leader traits leadership has ability to convince or motivate others to accept and willingly act. The situation of the leader, fundamental leadership status and competencies they should have been promoted and developed a lot.
