A STUDY OF SATISFATION AND HAPPINESS IN THE WORKING OF PERSONNEL A CASE STUDY: PTT INTERGROUP COMPANY LIMITED

Abstract

               This research is a quantitative research. The objectives are 1. To study the satisfaction of working of personnel of PTT Intergroup Company Limited. 2. To study the happiness of working of PTT Intergroup Company Limited. The target population used in the research is personnel in PTT Intergroup Company Limited 104 persons. The method of data collection were questionnaires. The statistics used in data analysis were Percentage was used to describe frequency and percentage of the data obtained from the questionnaire, Mean and Standard Deviation.
               The results of the study showed that 79.8 percent of the respondents were female. The majority aged are between 21-30 years, accounting for 59.6 percent. Most of the education level is at Bachelor's degree accounts for 77.9 percent. Most of the status is married, accounting for 58.7 percent. The duration of the service most workers are between 2-3 years, accounting for 43.3 percent. The personnel opinions in overall about the satisfaction of working were at high level. In order including: 1.The responsibility and administrative and supervisory aspects. 2. The relationship with supervisor aspects. 3. The progress aspects .4. The working conditions aspects. 5. The success in working in policy and administration and in personal life aspects .6. To be recognized and the status of the profession aspects. 7. The nature of the work and in terms of job security aspects .8. The salary aspects and 9. The opportunity to gain future advancement aspects and the comments about the happiness of working in overall picture is at a high level. In order as following 1. The enthusiastic about working aspect 2. The satisfaction of working aspect and 3. The enjoyment in working aspect.
