THE MODEL OF STUDENT AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATION BASED ON THE BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES BUDDHIST SCRIPTURE SCHOOL GENERAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT GROUP 4

Abstract

Step 3) Evaluate the model of student affairs administration according to the Buddhist doctrine for the Buddhist Scripture School Department of General Education, Group 4, from executives or related parties, amount 15, tools used are An assessment form that asks for appropriateness in 4 areas. Which is by evaluating the correctness, suitability, feasibility, and the statistics used were frequency, percentage.
              The results of the research revealed that; 1. The condition of the student affairs administration of the Phrapariyattidhamma School General Education Department Group 4 found that the student affairs planning There are no plans for the operation of student affairs In most cases, the administration plans the student affairs work in one large plan, the annual action plan. Regarding the promotion of student affairs, it was not able to fully operate due to lack of funds for support. In terms of promotion and development for students to have discipline, morality and ethics, it was found that in organizing activities to promote the development of behavior and discipline, the operation is difficult because there are many decision makers and those responsible.
