STATE ORIGIN ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHIST CONCEPT

Abstract

               This article was presenting the Buddhist view about state origin according to the Buddhism which conducted by studying the documents, books and Tipitaka then synthesized the content of state origin and found that: 1. State origin in Agganna Sutta caused by social problem, therefore, many people sought the guidelines for problem resolution together by defining the goals and methods of solving problems that was the community contract whit in the society, moreover, defining the goals and methods of solving problems based on the moral, 2. State origin according to Paticcasamuppada, social evolution and state origin were the factors that be participatory with the desire of the human mind, that meant the desire build humanity, everyone had different of acting and environment caused the men and women feel satisfied and dissatisfied with each other, need to meet each other desire for mutual ownership, therefore, there area family origin and relative that respect each otherrespectively, 3. State origin according to Mahagovinda Sutta, the state evolves from family then progress, there are more houses building, keeping the food and belongings, rules and regulations that are a contracts in the community that control society, there are necessary to have a leader to protect the members in society include the properties and land ownership. After that,the king will govern the kingdom and then a perfect state arose at that time.
