THE MANAGEMENT OF LEARNING CENTER SUFFICIENT ECONOMY COMMUNITY BY INTEGRATION WITH BUDDHISM IN HANG CHAT SUBDISTRICT, HANG CHAT DISTRICT, LAMPANG PROVINCE

Abstract

               This research there are objectives are, 1. To study the management of learning center Sufficient Economy Community by integration with Buddhism in Hang Chat Subdistrict, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province. 2. To analyze the guidelines management of learning center Sufficient Economy Community by integration with Buddhism in Hang Chat Subdistrict, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province. It is combination research, both qualitative and quantitative, The target group: 18 interviewees and sample groups 320 respondents.
                 This study found that, The guidelines management of learning center Sufficient Economy Community by integration with Buddhism in Hang Chat Subdistrict, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province, there is Samajivita to be the operation base, by organizing Sufficient Economy Community Learning Center, allowing the public to know how to spend moderately, not too little or not too much by not hurt oneself and others. Using the truth to be operation base by center manager behave as honest persons and make people trust them in working also the budget management in learning center, there are bringing the personality to be operation base, by Learning Center Committee, there are learning base arrangement, activities. The activities, and media for learning base learning by regular, for the general public to use as a source of knowledge. Enhance life skills according to the Sufficiency Economy and the using of Bahusacca as base operated by the center, have knowledgeable leaders and have leadership able arrange people to work in the center suitable for the job in each position.
