Roles of monks and success in systematic administration in religious organizations

Abstract

The role of monks is also important in management and part of operation, because the monk is responsible for promoting the maintenance of Buddhism to prosper. The role and duties of monks have contributed to systematic management through the management of the sangha to achieve lasting success and efficiency. Therefore, monks have to do or have to be considered as engaged in monks duties the monks have to drive strategic plan. In the reform Buddhism guidelines are adopted consisting of 6 aspects: 1. To help organizations develop themselves in the way that is appropriate changing circumstances. 2. To help people realize their roles and duties contributing to success and failure to meet the objectives of organization. 3. To promote improvement of organization's operations in order to maximize efficiency in accordance with good urban management or good governance guidelines. 4. Enhance work-focused budgeting system. 5. To help in innovation corporate management to be more modern.
