COOPERATIVE NETWORK SYSTEM OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN BORDER PATROL POLICE SCHOOL CHIANG RAI PROCINCE

Abstract

               Research on the Cooperative network system of vocational education in Border Patrol Police School, Chiang Rai province was an experimental research. The objective were 1) To create a network of vocational management cooperation In the Border Patrol Police School in Chiang Rai. And 2) To evaluate the use of a network of vocational management cooperation In the Border Patrol Police School Chiang Rai Province. The data sources were the administrators and teachers from vocational colleges under Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Chiang Rai Provinceand Border Patrol Police Schools under Border Patrol Police Headquarters 32 in Chiang Rai Province. The research instruments included the test, questionnaires, interviews and focus group discussion. The quantity data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The quality data were analyzed by content analysis.

                 The research found that: 1. Form of cooperation network for vocational education management in the Border Patrol Police School Chiang Rai province has 5 elements included 1) Quality of school administrators 2) Quality of teachers (3) Participation of school board 4) Educational supervision and 5) Educational resource management. 2. The experimental results of model of vocational education management network in border patrol police school Chiang Rai Province found that the sample group had opinions on the implementation of the experimental network model for cooperation in vocational training in the Border Patrol Police School. The overall picture high level with average of 4.28, when considering each element, it was found that the most agreed component was the quality of teachers average of 4.31. Followed by the educational resource management had an average of 4.30. Regarding the quality of the administrators, the mean value was 4.29. The participation of the school and community committee was 4.27 and the educational supervision was 4.25, respectively. 3. The results of the evaluation of thenetwork use of vocational cooperation in the Border Patrol Police School, Chiang Rai province. It was found that in the sample group had opinions on the quality of the format terms of feasibility, appropriateness and usefulness. The overall picture at high level with 4.37 average . And all aspects were feasible, appropriateness and usefulness were at high level, with 4.44 average of, 4.39 and 4.30, respectively, to consider in each indicator. It was found that every evaluation result were at every level as well.
