Abstract

                Components of academic leadership is directly related to the executive leadership. Especially the school administrators must act as leaders in supervision and counseling to assist teachers in performing their primary duties. It is the Influence factor that affect success in education administration, in improving the quality of learners effectively and learning atmosphere. School administrators must show the role of promoting the academic atmosphere to promote learners’ quality. The learning atmosphere consists of many contexts such as challenging, ease socially acceptance and warm atmospheres. School administrators must have administrative technique to win the subordinates hearts. As for Dhamma or administrative ethics, the administrators must be stable, must be the main and confidential pillars for subordinates, be able to distribute and empowe the workloads for subordinates according to theirr skills and ability so that they can help out the burden of the executives.
