INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION AND SOLUTION OF IMMIGRANT’S WORKERS IN THAILAND

Abstract

                In regard to the phenomenon of ‚International migration‛, this article reflects that ‘International migration’ is involved with ‘Nation State’ and boundary. With condition of ‘Nation State’, this causes interference and control which changes an appearance of ‘International migration’ reflecting as a form of population movement from country to country. Therefore, an issue concerning the ‘International migration’ and a situation of migrant worker in Thailand will refer from analysis in aspect of relocation crossing an administrative district and condition of time. The result will be explained with regard to the situation of migrant worker moving into Thailand as following issues; 1. The situation of migrant worker’s immigration into Thailand. 2. The nation policy of migrant worker’s control in Thailand A writer analysts the issue involving the ‘International migration’ and the situation of migrant worker in Thailand with the scope of theory such as migration of 3 nationalities-migrant-worker; (Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia) who move into Thailand referring to a ‘Theory of Migration’ and a ‘Theory of Neo-classical Economic’. Result of Analysis with these theories reflect that migration of 3 nationalities-migrant-worker; (Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia) affects both positive and negative aspects to economy, politics, society and culture.
