PROMOTION OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE ELDERLY BAN NA FA TABONM NA FAI MUANG CHAIYAPHUM DISTRICT CHAIYAPHUM PROVINCE

Abstract

               This research aimed to Promote the life quality of the people and the elderly, Ban Na Fai Tambon Na Fai ,Mueang Chaiyaphum District ,Chaiyaphum Province. The purpose of the research is 1. To study the community context and history of Ban Na Fai community, Tambon Na Fai, Mueang Chaiyaphum District ,Chaiyaphum Province. 2.To study living conditions, problems of the life quality of the people and the elderly, Ban Na Fai, Tambon Na Fai ,Mueang Chaiyaphum District, Chaiyaphum Province. 3. To find ways to promote the better life quality of people and the elderly,Ban Na Fai, Tambon Na Fai, Muang Chaiyaphum District ,Chaiyaphum Province. The sample was used in the research are 302 people and elderly in Ban Na Fai, Tambon Na Fai, Mueang Chaiyaphum District, Chaiyaphum Province. The research found that living conditions of the people and the elderly, sufficient living conditions, some people live with their families,but some live alone because their children go to work in the provinces,most of the people in Ban Na Fai are farmers. Some sell grocery stores. The elderly one who unemployed will do basketwork as a hobby in a day. The barriers to the life quality of the people and the elderly are health problems and debt problems include health problems such as diabetes, heart disease, arthralgia, leg pain, debt problems, debt and bad debt other problem is the sluggish agricultural crops price. Expensive consumer goods also the merchants do not attend state welfare, that mean it makes their sales are difficult. The guidelines to promote the life quality of the people and the elderly Ban Na Fai ,Tambon Na Fai, Mueang Chaiyaphum District ,Chaiyaphum Province, is promoting of career groups in occupation and career skills development such as candy making training for sale, making wickerwork and making mushroom cultivation, Annual health checking. In addition, they want to have CCTV because sometimes teenagers in the village are addicted to drugs and stealing chicken from the villagers.
