By engaging with the public and the private sector, people are involved in urban management, from the thought process, participating in the decision to benefit evaluate. The participation is important in management, of course, no agency or organization can work alone because of the involvement of the sciences and arts that administrator must have both mental and emotional to play a role in society activities.
