Abstract
This article is the academic writing that wish to presentation about staff motivation. The development for all level that will drive to become to good person, clever and work with high skill as professional and long live learning under 3 principle as followings ; care, share and pay attention to all staff. All staffs will be promoted for support in take care social, community and environment as the same time to drive sustainable organization through organization strategies and policy in compensation, career path, welfare more than law and other regulations with suitable design that cover staff’s age, flexible welfare.
