Abstract

              This educational research is about educational management model, Buddhist Scripture, General Education Department that responds to the community and inherits Buddhist personnel ,there are 2 objectives: (1) To study the educational management model of the Buddhist Scripture School, the general education department that can effectively manage education, respond to the community and Buddhism, and (2) To study the elimination conditions in providing education with students in the Buddhist Scripture School Pariyatti Dhamma School)Department of General Education
                This study is a qualitative research, removing 4 lessons of Prayat Sarnkhana School's operation, consisting of Phra Piyathit Dhamma School Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Chiang Mai Campus, Prayatthamma School, Wat Kong Lom Subdistrict, Muang Haeng Subdistrict, Wiang Haeng District, Chiang Mai Province, Pariyattham School, Nong Bua Temple, Chedi Subdistrict, Wiang Pa Pao District, Chiang Rai Province and Doi Saket Phadungsat School, Choeng Doi Subdistrict, Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai Province Research as follows
             1. The teaching and learning model found that teaching and learning was organized by taking students as a center. Integration of the curriculum of the Ministry of Education together with the Buddhist curriculum by allowing students to have real operational processes in the community, use local media to learn create a process of participation with the community, both the wisdom and the resource mobilization base.
               2. The goal of education management found that all 4 Buddhist schools have a goal to make students be good person in the moral precepts more than academic competition, because most of the students who are ordained are poor ,they have family problems some images cannot be read and written. Therefore making education according to the characteristics of children that focus on being able to help themselves and be in society and Buddhism.
             3. Funding and resources to manage education found that each school has different funding methods from outside in the form of donations Organize projects or activities according to Buddhist important dates such as organizing a summer novice ordination project. Arrange a rapport from alumni in addition, it was found that the communities around the temple area are also important in supporting scholarships and educational resources, such as supporting fish, food, teachers, etc.
              4. The important factors that influence the efficiency of educational management in the ordinary department of Buddhist Scripture School found that there are 4 factors, namely (1) the vision of the administrators on educational management (2) budget for educational management which is still not enough to improve the quality of education (3) an environment that is conducive to educational management (4) teachers and individuals who are responsible for managing learning for students. Considered to be an important factor in the achievement of educational objectives.
