THE SENIORS’ SCHOOL, WAT HUA FAI WITH THE STRENGTHENING OF THE HUA FAI COMMUNITY OF TAMBON SAN KLANG, PHAN DISTRICT, CHAING RAI PROVINCE

Abstract

               Research article on the study of the elderly school at Hua Fai Temple with the strengthening of Hua Fai community in San Klang Sub-district, Phan District, Chiang Rai Province intended to 1) Study the context of Hua Fai community and the formation of the elderly school at Hua Fai Temple. 2) Study the process of managing the elderly school, Hua Fai Temple on community strengthening, Hua Fai Temple, San Klang Sub-district, Phan District, Chiang Rai Province. And 3) Study the success of being a strong community in Hua Fai community, San Klang Sub-district, Phan District, Chiang Rai Province by using qualitative research.
               The study indicated that The context of community life style is complementary to helping each other. Hua Fai Sub-district the primate plays an important role in the development of people and areas.By the elderly school as the core of organizing activities for the elderly Community members have strong social relationships. Part of community development is supported by external agencies such as budget, personnel, etc. In the process of managing the school, the elderly, Hua Hua Fai temple to strengthen the community, found that there was a systematic operation plan. We can be seen from the conceptual map of the elderly school, Hua Fai Temple.T he structure is clearly defined by dividing the duties by dividing into Advisory and Support Committee, student committee and teachers which is driven by a team of 3 parts: the team that leads the team and the team Do and team Co, coordinate the team together with continuous follow-up meetings to evaluate the performance and find solutions. As for the success of being a strong community caused by the management process of the elderly school, Hua Fai Temple found that leaders are widely recognized by members within the community and outside the community. There is a clear plan and direction for community development. Community activities focusing on participation, learning source for field trips, study visits, There are activities that focus on self-reliance until being awarded at the national level .
