THE FORMATIVE LEADERSHIP OF THE ADMINISTRATORS IN SCHOOL UNDER LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of the formative leadership of the administrators in school, and 2) To compare the level of the formative leadership of the administrators in school according to opinions of teachers in the schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area 2, classified by size of school , working experience , and the Education level. In academic year, 2016 there were 1356 teachers, the population teachers who were working in basic educational school under Loei Primary Educational Service Area 2. The sample of this research was total 302 teachers, and the size of the sample was determined by the table of Krejecie and Morgan. The instrument of the research used to collect data was the 5 rating-scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.99. The descriptive statistics used to analyze the data were comprised of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. However, Inferential Statistics was the t-test and the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The paired differences were found by using Fisher’s Least-Significant Different method will be applied. The research were found as follows:
1. The level of the formative leadership of the administrators in school under LOEI Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at a much level in overall and each aspect. Having considered each aspect, it was found that the highest mean is Vision and the lowest mean is Creative thinking
2. The comparison of the formative leadership of the administrators in school under LOEI Primary Educational Service Area 2 according to the opinions of the teachers, classified by the size of school. Overall, there were no differences. When considering each aspects, it was found that there were statistically significant two aspects differences at 0.01 level: creative thinking and individual consideration classified by working experience. Overall and each aspect, there were no difference and classified by the teacher's qualifications. Overall, there were statistically differences at .05 level by the teachers who had a higher educational qualifications, the bachelor degree had higher level of opinion toward the formative leadership of the school administrators rather than teachers with bachelor degree.
