DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT MODEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOOD GOVERNANCE PRINCIPLES OF PROVINCIAL ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY AREA 2

Abstract

               The objective of this research is to study the management situation by adhering to the good governance principles of the Provincial Electricity Authority, District 2 and to develop the management model by adhering to the good governance principles of the Provincial Electricity Authority. This time, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods. The sample group for quantitative research consisted of administrators, employees, Provincial Electricity Authority, District 2 and 331 fire users .The tools used for quantitative data collection are questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean and standard deviation. The sample group for collecting qualitative data with in-depth interviews is the administrators, employees, Provincial Electricity Authority, District 2, experts and fire users of 15 persons. And the sample group for the discussion group consisting of administrators, community leaders, fire users and experts, 12 persons, analyzed by content analysis
              1) Regarding the management situation by adhering to the principles of good governance, it was found that the Provincial Electricity Authority, District 2 has administrative functions based on good governance at a high level in all 6 elements which are: 1) The rule of law 2) Moral principles 3) Principles of transparency 4) Responsibilities 5) Participation principles and 6) Value principles
               2) The administration model based on the principles of good governance of the Provincial Electricity Authority District 2, which is developed, consisting of 8 elements: 1) Rule of law 2) Moral principles 3) Principles of transparency 4) Decentralization principles 5) Principles participation 6) Responsibility principles 7) Value principles and 8) Appropriate technology application principles which the administration model by adhering to the good governance principles of the Provincial Electricity Authority District 2, which has been developed and has been approved then encouraged to be used in real situations from all 12 group discussion participants
