THE ADMINISTRATORS ROLE IN SUPPORTING OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM IN EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AS PERCEIVED BY TEACHER OFFICIALS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

              The purposes of this research were to study the role of educational administrators with the internal quality assurance follow the teachers under the Affiliations of Loei primary educational service area office 2 opinions to compare the role of educational administrators with the internal quality assurance follow the teachers under the Affiliations of Loei primary educational service area office 2 opinions classified by educational level, school size and work experience. The research instrument was a questionnaire includes the personal information of the respondents by using program (SPSS) The basic statistical analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test (One-way ANOVA). The research results were found that:
1) The role of educational administrators with the internal quality assurance follow the teachers under the Affiliations of Loei primary educational service area office 2 opinions found that the overall in high level To consider in each individual aspect ranking in the order of mean from high to low as the operation of educational development plan for educational institution, to provide the educational development plan for educational institution that focus on the educational standard of educational institution, the strategy of the educational standard of educational institution, to provide the internal quality assurance follow the educational standard of educational institution, to do the management system and information system and the least average aspect is the development of quality education. 2) The comparison of The role of educational administrators with the internal quality assurance follow the teachers under the Affiliations of Loei primary educational service area office 2 opinions. , classified by education level, it was found that the total of 8 items were not significantly different at the 0.05 level. Classified by the different of the school sized that had the operation of internal quality assurance according to the opinions of the teacher It was found that the total of 8 different statistically significant differences at 0.01level, classified by work experience. It was found that teachers with different working experiences had a total of seven opinions, which differed significantly at the 0.01 level. The aspect that was not found the different, was the operation of educational development plan for educational institution.
