AN APPLICATION OF FOUR PATHS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT (IDDHIPADA) TO THE PROCESS OF QUALITY ASSURANCE IN EDUCATION: A CASE STUDY OF AMPHAWA SCHOOLS, SAMUTSONGKHRAM PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

               There are three objectives in this thesis: 1)To study the four principles application of iddhipada factors in the quality assurance process within the educational institution of instructors, and personnel government officials2)To compare the application four principles of iddhipada in the quality assurance process within instructors, and personnel government officials. 3)To study the application of the benefits in the process of quality assurance within the educational institutions of government officials and educational personnel.
               This research found that the average results in overall level is very high, about: 1. Satisfaction in the internal quality assurance process the overall level is high. 2. Perseverance they be diligent, patient, not abandoned, not discouraged in quality assurance process within the educational institution.3. Mind control commitment to what is being done of the instructors, and personnel government officials the overall level is high. 4. The staffs think that what are being done are correct ? What is the effect ?, they use the four principles of iddhipada in application to the work performance of the educational institution overall level is high.
               The comparison four principles of iddhipada in application to the work performance of the educational institution was found that there were statistically significant differences at. 280 level. And about application Guidelines the application four principles of iddhipada in the quality assurance process within instructors, and personnel government officials were not different. This is in line with the overall situation at the high level in all aspects. There is a difference in qualifications and age. The expectation is to ensure the quality of education in accordance with the 4 principles of good and standard is to integrate the actual use in management and learning to practice effectively. To lead the organization to success.
