PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES FOR WOMEN FARMER GROUP HEMP EMBROIDERY PRODUCT GROUPS FOLLOWING THE SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY PHILOSOPHY

Abstract

              The purpose of this research was to find the way to develop guidelines for professional development, housewife farmer group, embroidery, hemp product. The Population was 17 persons and the interview data was used as the tool.
              The results of this research found that 1) The background of housewife farmer group, embroidery, hemp product mostly be women sample aging was upper 60 years that turned to supplement career, used the hemp fiber as the main raw material for making new products, with the promotion of various agencies and joined “One Tambon One Product” to promote their product. 2) In the group, there were relationship and participation of all member .They were well involved with the group and created the good relationship when they had problems they discussed then commented find solutions to problems without interruption in operation.3) Problems and needs within the group were still missunderstanding in Sufficiency Economy Philosophy.The members also took the traditional production methods that mean they made it and briought it to the group. The Sufficiency Economy Philosophy didn’t aim for profit but income, it would focused on balance and reason. 4) Concepts of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, the government official relevant agencies always contributed to help or involved sharing knowledge to members until they understand the essence of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy all the times.
