EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT OF REGISTRATION AND EVALUTION MAHA CHULALONGKORN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE’S IN NORTHERN DISTRICT

Abstract
This research study was a hybrid (Mix Method Research) on education performance management, registration and measurement, Maha Chulalongkorn University College Northern Region. The objective of this research were: 1) To study the situation and problems of the management and registration of measurement at University of Chulalongkorn University College, Northern Region 2) To study the efficiency of the management of registration and evaluation in the Northern Region and 3) To develop the managing registration and measurement strategy, University of King Chulalongkorn College in North Region The tools used to collect data were empirically participatory, the survey which was conducted using random sample of specific stakeholders in the management of registration and evaluation consisted of 5 persons, the Chief Registration and Evaluation, Registration and Evaluation Officer, then in-depth interviews The sample population of students, staff also employees who were related to the registration and evaluation of 113 people.
The results showed that 1. Registration and management efficiency measures at Maha Chulalongkorn University College, Northern Region in the process of serving found that: the overall performance level was good because in the preparation of the report or certificate studied the need for personnel in the agency publishes certificates or the report of the accuracy and errors may occur and timing for the preparation took at least three days or one week. The students enroll online then data records could be entered. The various forms and used as certificate program, then reported the results of the study, which made it convenient and fast. This could reduce the time for preparation and the steps of providing would be shorter.
2. Performance Management, Registration and Measurement, Maha Chulalongkorn University College, Northern Region in its place found that the overall performance level was good. Currently students registration and statistics had developed the registration’s students system with enrollment on the internet so students could register on the system or the other majority students didn’t contact registrar directly . Therefore, there were enough places to provide students services. Registration and measurement, Maha Chulalongkorn University College, Northern Region was also attended to the Challenged Cleaning Project it made the campus place be clean and tidy.
3. Registration and management efficiency measured, Maha Chulalongkorn University College, Northern Region serviced personnel found that the overall performanced was good and clean, the personnels were dressed modestly, the staff also be courteous, smiling and friendly, they all be willing and happy to served and worked because, all registration staffs had good conscience toward its mission of serviced that provided with hospitality, friendly, affectionate amicable helped each other. All staff at the Registration and Evaluation be reckoned with them, tried to make the most satisfied students that could meet the needs of most students. The principle of equality had to be provided with the convenience needs and was ready to serve. It didn’t discriminate providing in services.
