PARTICIPATION OF POLICE OFFICERS AT THE TRAINING CENTER OF PROVINCIAL POLICE REGION 5 IN OPERATION OF INTERNAL EDUCATION QUALITY STANDARD

Abstract

               The objectives of this study were; To study the overview mean of participation of police
officers at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5 in operation of internal education quality
standard.To compare participation of police officers at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5 in operation of internal education quality standard by sex, age, education, posision, experiences and income. Consists of 4 steps: Plan, Do, Check and Action the statistic.The result showed that : Overview mean of participation of police officers at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5 was in the moderate level, (  = 2.99, S.D.= 0.85) among the 4 steps, the highest T-score was in Check, (  = 3.08, S.D. = 0.95), however, the lowest T- score was in Plan, (  = 2.86, S.D. = 0.85), according to the objectives of this study, the comparison of participation of police officers at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5 in operation of internal education quality standard at Training Centers of Provincial Police Region 5 showed that by sex, age, education, posision, experiences and income of police officers almost paid participation, not differently as statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level, in addition there was in Do step, the comparison of participation of police officers at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5 in operation of internal education quality standard at Training Centers of Provincial Police Region 5 there was different in police officers by education, based on the result showed that there was a significant difference at .05 level.
