WORK ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPIE OF SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY, THE EXTENSION SCHOOLS, PAI DICTRICT, MAE HONG SON PROVINCE

Abstract

              The objectives of this the paper were 1) to study the organizational administration with emphasis on the principle of sufficiency economy in educational extension schools, Pai district, Mae Hong Son province, 2) to compare organizational administration with emphasis on to the principle of sufficiency economy in educational extension schools, Pai district, Mae Hong Son province compared with their gender, length of work, and educational backgrounds. For data collection, a questionnaire was conducted with 86 teachers working for educational extension schools in Pai district, Mae Hong Son province. The data were statistically analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test (One-Way ANOVA). The research findings were detailed as follows: 1) The educational administration with emphasis on the principle of sufficiency economy in educational extension schools in Pai district, Mae Hong Son province was rated at a highest level in terms of their personnel administration meanwhile their academic administration was rated at a lowest level. 2) The teachers’ organizational administration with emphasis on principle of sufficiency economy in educational extension schools in Pai district, Mae Hong Son province compared with their gender, length of work, and educational backgrounds remained indifferent.
