ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT: CONCEPT, PROCESS AND ROLES OF DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL

Abstract

              The organization has been constantly changed in both internal and external environments. Preparing for change in organizational development was very important to ensure the smooth operating of the organization and the achievement to the organization’s goals. It was a process used for analyzing the causes of management plan for fixing obstacles, as well as solving their problems and their suitable evaluation of performance. These processes were to create sustainable enterprise performances. The roles of professional organizational developers were to driven their organization through crises induced from environmental changes. Mostly importantly, the concept of sustainable organizational development and the roles of professional organizational developers were discussed in this paper.
